SUPER SIM CARD INSTRUCTIONS

I.   What is Super SIM?

Super SIM offers 64k store, 4 times higher than normal SIM Cards available in Vietnam. Super SIM Card also offers store capacity of more contacts, defaulted utilities services and easy-to-use feature.

II.   5 reasons for Super SIM Card

1.   Huge contact store

Super SIM Card store 750 contacts upon your options. It is easy to search all contacts in SIM card, manage, edit and quickly copy as you changes handset.

2.   Messaging for information is useful service

Super SIM offers information gathering like economics, socio, entertainment, sports, culture, lottery, stock, consultation, health care, ATM locations in key cities, daily consultation via short message, anytime, anywhere.

3.   Comfortable and easy-to-use

You do not need to remember any request or service number. On handset menu, you select Super SIM menu for use.

4.   Preferential charge

The service offers only MobiFone customers at preferential charge at VND 1,000/request (since August 1st 2009).

5.   Compatible with all handsets

All kinds of handsets are compatible with Super SIM Card. Simply activate for use and it is displayed on handset screen.

III.   How to use Super SIM Card?

1.    Super SIM menu and display on handset

§         Super SIM menu contains all features;

§        Easy to see the Super SIM menu on Nokia, Samsung, Motorola handsets;

§         Super SIM menu is displayed in the Entertainment menu of Sony-Ericsson W800i, K700i, K750i handsets;

§        Handsets with Symbian like Nokia 6680, 7610, N70, N90...the Super SIM menu is inside the SIM menu.

2.   Super Contact

§         Super contact has 3 sub-contacts menu which stores 250 contacts, respectively;

§         "Super contact" has features:

-    Search: you can select one of three sub contact menu and/or all of them

-    Add new contact: you can add new contact in one of three optional menus

-    Erasement: you choose ?the selected? and/or ?deleted all? to erase contacts in Super SIM menu.

-        Move: you can move one stored contact to another menu

-    Memory check: you can check the number of stored contact and vacancies for additional store.

-    Main Menu Selection:  you can select one of three main menus. Main menu differs two sub menu is all outgoing and incoming calls will be displayed.

-    Change Menu name:  you can change menu upon group of callers.

3.   Information gathering via messaging

§        Information gathering: lottery, scores, entertainment, ATM locations, consultation, advice, stock, market price which are defaulted in Super SIM Card. Just select your favorite item, the system will automatically feedback you.

§         Example: to get information on complexion care, you select:

Super SIM > Tu van > Cham soc da > Da kho

Note: Super SIM menu displayed on handset is Vietnamese

IV.   Tariffs

§         Free Super Contact;

§         Information gathering is charged VND 1,000/request (VAT included) (since August 1st 2009).
