II.      Instructions:

1. Message of request
   • To get details on the service, compose NAME OF SERVICE and send to 994
   • To know NAME OF SERVICE provided by MobiFone, compose DV  and send to 994
   • For information on the fee package,  compose NAME OF FEE PACKAGE and send to 994
   • For information on promotion, compose KM and send to 994
   Of which: NAME OF SERVICE or NAME OF FEE PACKAGE is specified at Section II.3 (capital and lower case are not differentiated)
2. Messages replied by the system
   Customers will receive 1 message of maximum 800 characters replied by the system.
