1. MMS Service

Note:
-  Requirement content includes: polyphonic ringtone, color logo, color wallpaper, standby screen, and games.
-  Content download service is temporarily not provided for overseas subscribers.
-  Customers shall be charged immediately after a requirement is sent to the system (MMSC, SMSC).
-  One-way or two-way subscribers who have been locked shall not be able to use the service.
-  If a subscriber sends MMS or downloads content in WAP Push from Mobifone Portal or requires content through WAP Push by SMS to multiple subscribers or Email addresses, then the fee that the message sender has to pay shall be n x service fee level for sending to a mobile subscriber or an Email address (n: number of receivers).

Effective time: The mentioned regulations shall take effect from 0h, 1st July 2008.

10. Call divert service

A.    Definition: Call divert service enables post-paid mobile subscribers (MobiGold) to divert incoming call to another number (mobile, fixed, etc.) and voice mail of those subscribers.

B.     Call divert cases:

-         All calls divert.

-         Call divert when number busy.

-         Call divert when no answer.

-         Call divert when no contact (phone is off).

-         Call divert when no contact (phone is out of coverage or battery is taken out when phone is running).

C.    Principles for charging:

I.           Registration fee: Free registration for call divert service.

II.          Fee for call divert:

1.          When a subscriber is in Vietnam:

a)        Divert to voice mail: Free divert to voice mail in accordance with current regulation.

b)        Divert to a domestic subscriber (mobile, fixed, etc.) Call fee shall be divided into two parts:

     -       Initial part of the call: (From calling subscriber A to call divert subscriber B): Calling subscriber A shall be charged as a usual call from subscriber A to call divert subscriber B with call time equaling to dialog time between subscriber A and call divert receiver C

     -       Call divert section (from call divert subscriber B to call divert receiver C): Call fee shall be as follows:

o  If call divert receiver C is a pre-paid/post-paid subscriber of MobiFone, fixed subscriber, Cityphone, Gphone, or CDMA of VNPT: Free call.

o  If the receiver C is a subscriber of another provider (mobile, fixed): Fee shall be charged as usual.

Note:

-       Subscriber A: means a mobile or fixed subscriber in Vietnam or outside.

-       Subscriber B (user of call divert service): means a post-paid mobile subscriber (MibiGold) of MobiFone.

-       Subscriber C (call divert receiver): means any of all mobile and fixed subscribers in Vietnam.

Note: At present, the service that enables post-paid subscribers MobiGold to divert calls to a foreign one is not available at MobiFone. 

2.          Fee for call divert when a subscriber is roaming at abroad.

When a subscriber is roaming at abroad, call divert to voice mail and to a subscriber in Vietnam shall not be different.

D.    Valid: From 0 a.m, 18^th April 2009.

13. SuperSIM

- Free service use Super menu.
- For information search service, fee is as following: VND 1,000/requiring SMS (including VAT) (Applied since 1st August 2009).

14. SIM 32K

The service is exclusively provided for subscribers of MobiFone with preferential fee. You just have to pay VND 1,000/SMS. (Applied since 1st August 2009).

15. MobiFone Info

Free for all post-paid subscribers since 1st January 2007.
