Getting connected and making calls with Mobi4U
Insert the Mobi4U Simcard (included in the package) into mobile phone and switch the phone on. As your Mobi4U card is already preloaded you can make your first call immediately!

Your Mobi4U Account
For your convenience, your Mobi4U account comes ready for use with a preloaded call credit. When your call credit is running low just recharge your account to ensure you can enjoy all benefits of being mobile.

No limit on your Mobi4U usage period
You always can make and/or receive calls as long as you have enough credit in your account. Your account is daily deducted VND 2.000/day, exclusive outgoing calls.

Your Mobi4U Grace period
As your Mobi4U credit runs out, customer is offerred one day more before Mobi4U account and phone number is deactivated. During the grace period, you can receive incoming calls and/or call 900 to recharge account and/or 9244 for assistance. As account recharged you will enjoy full benefits and convenience of being mobile.

How does Mobi4U work?
The cost of each call is automatically deducted in your credit account as you make call. You will be automatically notified situation of money as it is running out.

When recharging, value of the card will be added into your Mobi4U account. If you do not recharge your account and your account reaches 0 you can not make any outgoing calls and/or send SMS. However, customer is offerred one day more before Mobi4U account and phone number is deactivated.
Your Mobi4U Scratch Cards
When your Mobi4U account is running low it is very easy to recharge; just purchase a Mobi4U/MobiCard scratch card available at any MobiFone shop, dealer or authorised distributor nation-wide.

Mobi4U/MobiCard scratch cards are available in different denominations: 100,000 VND, 200,000 VND, 300,000 VND and 500,000 VND.

When purchasing a Mobi4U scratch card please note:
You only purchase Mobi4U/MobiCard scratch card from official MobiFone outlets.
The silver foil is not damaged and the card has not expired (see back of the card).
Card is nonrefundable.

Recharging Mobi4U

• Scratch off the silver foil to reveal 14-digit recharge number hidden.

• Call 900 and listen to instructions.

• Press 1 to recharge your account.

• Enter the 14-digit recharge number then you will hear your new balance sheet in account.
  Please note:
  * A used and/or expired Mobi4U scratch card is invalid.
  * After five times of failure your account will be locked. In this case please call 9244 for assistance.

Press 2 to obtain your Mobi4U phone number.
Selecting language

2. Press 3 to change the language.

A voice prompt will announce your account balance.

Mobi4U Tariff
The charge is based on talk time. The minimum charge is one minute.
IDD charges are based on the current tariffs issued by MPT.
Calls from fixed telephony, MobiFone and/or Vinaphone subscriber to MobiCard subscriber are charged at the same level with those to MobiFone.
