MobiFone Loyalty Program

I. Who are members of loyalty program:

      -   All MobiFone subscribers;
      -   Subscribers will be called “Members” after registration.
 
II. Description:

Member collects points on monthly bills for rewards.

a. Point criterion:

*Post-paid members:

-   Member collects points from MobiFone sevices bills (excl. promotion offers).

-   Bonus point for corporate accounts.

-   Bonus point for customers' lifecycle.

-   Bonus point on special occassions birthday, celebration days alike.

-   Point is deducted if communication is barred (debts and/or at request).

*Pre-paid members:

-   Bonus is based on the filled amounts;

-   Bonus on occasions is based on birthday, registration date;

-   Point is deducted if two-way communication is barred.

  -   Newly-registered member is allowed to collect point;

  -  Point is based on subscription number. For post-paid corporate account, point will be counted for individual subscriber;

  -   Odd of monthly bill is below VND 10,000 will be transferred into coming round.

  -  If a member transfers contract ownership, points cannot be converted into bonus. Point(s) is restored if transferee joins the program.

  -  If a member terminates contract, the collected point cannot be converted into bonus.

      Member collects points every month and will be notified via SMS and on website: www.mobifone.com.vn

III. Member rank:

  -  Collected points decide ranks(Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze) that encourage members the more points they collect the more benefits they will get.

  -  Member rank counts in six-month round; e.x: a member who registered in January 1st 2006, his/her collected points will be considered for rank in July 1st 2006.

  -  Registered member automatically ranks "Bronze".

a. Rank Escalation:

  -  To grow rank customer is advised to collect a certain number of points within six (6) month period as described:
 

  -  If a member collects enough point for rank escalation before the consideration time, his/her rank will be escalated in the first day of following month since his/her date of collected point enough.

      Ex: A member registers the program January 1st 2006 ("Bronze"). In May 14th 2006, he/she collected enough point for 'Silver' rank. In June 1st 2006, the member ranks "Silver".

b, Retain & decend rank:

 -  Member's rank retains since his/her official rank escalation till the consideration of rank which is nearest to the next rank + 6 months.
Ex: the above.
  

 -   "Silver" rank retains from June 1st 2006 until December 31st 2006 though from July 1st 2006 to December 31st 2006 points were collected;

 -   If a member collects points enough for "Gold" rank, from July 1st 2006 to December 31st 2006, his/her rank escalates

 -   If a member collects points equivalent to "Bronze" rank, from July 1st 2006 to December 31st 2006, his/her rank desends from January 1st 2007

 -   If a member collects points equivalent to "Silver" rank, from July 1st 2006 to December 31st 2006, his/her rank retains "Silver".

IV. Rewards:

  -   Reward is currency that deducts monthly bill (noted at the "promotion"; reward is not in cash);

  -   Point of "N" month transfers into reward and deducts in "N" month bill + 1;

  -   Reward-point rate is 500 points. If a member collects 500 points, his/her points automatically transfers into reward;

  -   Reward confer:

o   Post-paid members: points of month ‘N’ will be reward(s) and deducted in monthly bill ‘N’ +1;

o   Pre-paid members: points of month ‘N’ will be reward(s) and added into account of month ‘N’ +2.

  -  Point-rate for reward: 500 points. Once member accumulates 500 points, reward will be automatically updated..

  -   Point rate for reward is up to rank of members;

  -  Once member gets reward his/her points deduct equivalent to the number of points used for reward, however such points do not deduct as rank considered.

V. Points and rewards announcement:

In two ways:

o   Every month member will get a short message notifying the number of accumulated points. The accumulated points in a period and the total will be notified to members since the registration;

o    Visit website: www.mobifone.com.vn the Loyalty Program;

Rewards announcement: the program will automatically notify members by a short message.

VI. Registration:

   - 1) Fill in the formatted registration form and send it to customer cares in Mobile Telecoms Services Centers in different regions of Vietnam;

   - (2) Send a SMS: DK send to 9237;

   - (3) Visit website: www.mobifone.com.vn and register

   - (4) Visit VMS-MobiFone shops.

Pre-paid subscribers will register via (3) and (4).
