How to swap MobiFone services

1.    Swap MobiGold to Prepaid, customers have to (be):

-         Active and/or one-way barred MobiGold status;   

-         Subscription numbers preserved;

-         Pay all monthly bill(s) at the contract termination;

-        Pay VND 25,000 for Super SIM Cards replacement if using 16K SIM and/or 32K SIM Cards;

-         Present ID and/or recommendation letter of company customer at MobiFone shops;

-         Two days later, customer will come again to MobiFone shop to conclude procedures. 

2.    Prepaid (MobiCard/Mobi4U/MobiPlay/MobiQ) to Postpaid MobiGold have to (be):

-          Active customers; 

-          Preserve subscription numbers; 

-          Current amount in balance at the swap will be deducted in subsequent monthly bills; 

-          Usage period will decide whether you pay full or half activation fee and/or get free;

-          Present ID if Individual customer;

-          Present recommendation letter if company customer.

3.    Prepaid swaps:

3.1. MobiCard/Mobi4U/MobiPlay to MobiQ will have to (be):

·     Active MobiCard/Mobi4U/MobiPlay customers; 

·     Preserve subscription numbers; 

·     Current amount in balance will not be added in the swapped service; 

·     In case customers top-up before swap (within a day) the amount in balance will be changed in line with: 

·     Validity days of new swapped MobiQ:

▪   In case validity day (before swap) is less than 92 days, new validity days will be remained and 10 days for incoming calls;

▪  In case validity day (before swap) is more than 92 days, new validity days will be remained and 10 days for incoming calls.

 ·       How to swap?

Write MobiQ send to 900 for instructions.

In case swap via SMS does not work, please come to MobiFone and/or call direct sales team for support. 

3.2.  MobiQ to MobiCard/Mobi4U/MobiPlay will have to (be):

·     Active MobiQ customers; 

·     Preserve subscription numbers and free of charge;

·     Current amount in balance will not be changed into the new swapped service. 

·     Top up before swap (within a day) will be swapped with rules: 

▪    In case current amount before swap is more than and/or equivalent to new top-up, the swapped amount is equivalent to new top-up. Validity days are equivalent to new top-up.

▪    In case current amount before swap is less than new top-up, the added amount is equivalent to those before swap. Validity days are equivalent to new top up.

·         How to swap?

Write text: <Desired service> (MobiCard/Mobi4U/MobiPlay) send to 900 for instructions. For example:  MobiQ to MobiCard, write MobiCard send to 900 for instructions.

3.3.  From MobiCard to Mobi4U and/or Mobi4U to MobiCard:

Current amount in balance will not be added in the swapped service. If customers top up within a day and successfully swap before 12 pm, your just topped-up amount will be added BUT the former will not. .

·         Swap from MobiCard to Mobi4U and vice versa:

▪      Write MobiCard for swap Mobi4U to MobiCard then send text to 900 for instructions (from   MobiCard to Mobi4U Write Mobi4U);

▪         Write YES for agreement; and/or NO for cancellation.

If successful, you will get a notification, then call 900-3-2-1; 901 for activation.
