I. Service introduction - Service name: Yahoo! Mail & Chat - Service description: Yahoo! Mail & Chat is a service that enables customers to use Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Messenger functions with preferential fee through the wapsite of MobiFone http://wap.mobifone.com.vn The Mail function of the service will not support customers in downloading/viewing files attached in the Email. II. Target Users and usage Conditions 2.1. Target users: all MobiFone subscribers (prepaid and postpaid) who are active with two ways in the network. 2.2. Usage conditions: - Subscribers operating in range of GPRS/EDGE/3G service when using the service. - Subscribers who use mobile phone with Internet access support. - Subscribers who are opened for Mobile Internet connection. Customers Register/Cancel the service through the wapsite of MobiFone http://wap.mobifone.com.vn 3.1. Service registration: To register the service, you implement as follows: - Step 1: From mobile phone, visit http://wap.mobifone.com.vn - Step 2: Select Yahoo! Mail & Chat - Step 3: Select Dang ky va Confirm 3.2. Service use: To use the service, you implement as follows: - Step 1: From mobile phone, visit http://wap.mobifone.com.vn - Step 2: Select Yahoo! Mail & Chat - Step 3: Select Mail or Chat to login and use. 3.3. Service cancellation: To cancel the service, you implement as follows: - Step 1: From mobile phone, visit http://wap.mobifone.com.vn - Step 2: Select Yahoo! Mail & Chat - Step 3: Select Huy dich vu and Confirm Note: For customers who have registered the Mobile Internet package and want to register the Yahoo! Chat & Mail service, just do as follows: - If customers have registered the Mobile Internet Unlimited (MIU) package with usage period remaining: they are not eligible to register the Yahoo Mail & Chat service package but they can login Yahoo Chat or Mail to use the service; the system will give a notice: “We are sorry because the usage period of the MIU is still valid, please login Yahoo Chat or Mail to use the service". - If customers have not registered the Mobile Internet Unlimited (MIU) package, they can register the Yahoo Mail & Chat package to use the service normally. - If customers have registered a Mobile Internet package other than the MIU with usage period remaining but they do not want to register the Yahoo Mail & Chat service, they can login Yahoo! Chat or Mail to use the service. By then, the service fee = Data fee of the Mobile Internet package that customer is using. Service fee = Subscription fee + Data fee - For MobiFone subscribers who have registered the service: + Subscription fee: VND 5,000/30 days + Data fee when using the service: Free + Note: Service fee is just free when customers use the Internet browser (not including Opera browser) to access the Yahoo! Mail & Chat at http://wap.mobifone.com.vn - For MobiFone subscribers who have not registered the service: Apply data fee (Mobile Internet) in accordance with current regulation - Subscription fee is charged right after customers register the package successfully. - Fee will be charged to main account of prepaid subscribers or added to the monthly invoice of postpaid subscribers. - Usage period is 30 days since customer successfully registered the service. 1 day prior to the expired date of usage period, the system will send SMS for notice. If you do not cancel the package, the system shall automatically renew the service for 30 days. - If the account of prepaid subscribers is insufficient for charging subscription fee, customers will not able to register or renew the package. - When the postpaid subscribers are locked with two ways due to fee debt, the package will be cancelled. If customers want to continue using the service, they must pay the debt and then register again.
