• MStory, the comics in mobile phone service allows customers who like story books to enjoy many kinds of stories with diverse contents, especially comics of different kinds in the phone every time and everywhere.
• The service is provided in such a way that each volume is an application set in a terminal device. Reading a story, customers can enjoy its entire content presented in the best suitable manner with the phone's screen with added sound and vibrating effects. The service currently supports about 90 types of phone widely used in the market, including: Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and the service will continue to be developed for the rest types as well as new types.

• All two-way active MobiFone subscribers.

• Step 1: In order to use the service, customers should access the website: http://wap.mobifone.com.vn, select mStory service.
  Or access the wapsite http://m.mstory.vn. The customers' phone numbers will be automatically identified by the system.
  

  

  Note: The service can only be used when being accessed through GPRS/EDGE/3G. Access through Wifi is not available.

• Step 2: Browse the story list, and then select stories to be bought.
  Price of each story is clearly listed in the wapsite.

     

• Step 3: Buy the story. In order to buy the story, click "buy now"

  

• Step 4: Download and set the story.
  Successful transaction notification will be displayed then. Click "Download" to download and set the story to the phone.
  It is necessary to download the story within 24 hours after buying it. If the story is bought after 24 hours, customer will have to pay again for downloading it.

     

  Note: setting of the story may differ among types of phones.

3.2. Reading the story

• After downloading and setting the story, customer will have to run it in the phone to read.
• After setting the story, symbol of the story volume will appear in the phone. The volume will be put in different positions depending on brand and model of the phone.

  • Move: quick move to the section to be read
  • Help: instructions to reading
  • Introduction: Introduction of the mStory service
  • Setting: turn on/off the phone's vibration function when reading
  • Marking: Mark the page being read to turn to it quickly when necessary

4.1. Charges

• Service charge = Content Charge + Data Charge.
• Content charge and data charge are specified in the following table:

• From 20th October 2010 to 20th November 2010: First volume (Story volume or the first Chapter) of every multi-volume story. From volume two on, customers must pay as regulated.

4.2. Principle of charging:

• Charge of the story will be added in the monthly bill for post-paid subscriber and taken from main account for pre-paid subscriber.
• The story can only be downloaded when its charge is successfully taken.
• Customer can download the story again within 24 hours since it was successfully bought.
