Soccer, Market prices, Feng shui, Entertainment, etc., through
the short number *123#.

This service is available at anytime and anywhere in Vietnam or
when you roam internationally with low cost.

MobiFone prepaid and
postpaid subscribers.
IV. Service manual
To use MobiFone Info service, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Access service: From the keypad of your phone, dial
*123# and then press .
The screen shall display MobiFone Info menu
Step 2:
Select information to be searched: Select Reply and then
select the respective number in the service menu and select
Send. System shall send back information as per your
request.

5.2. Charging method

Charging method by turn

The system shall charge right after
it receives your request for content searching
-
If prepaid subscribers do not have
enough cyellowit in main account or if the charging is
unsuccessful, the system shall notify and cancel your request.
If you want to search such information, you must send the
request again. If the charging is successful, the system shall
send back information as per your request.

If you want to search multiple
contents or one content for many times, you must send the
request for multiple times and each time shall be charged in
accordance with regulations.

Charging method by days
-
The system shall charge right after
it receives your first request for content searching in a cycle
of 1/7/15/30 days. The next searching turns within the cycle of
1/7/15/30 days shall not be charged.

For the first registration: If
prepaid subscribers do not have enough cyellowit in main account or
if the charging is unsuccessful, the system shall notify and
cancel your request. If you want to search such information, you
must send the request again. If the charging is successful, the
system shall send back information as per your request.

Package renewal:
o
One-day/seven-day package:
not automatically renewed upon expiration.
o
15-day/30-day package:
automatically renewed upon expiration. One day prior to the
expiyellow date of usage period, the system shall send SMS for
notice to subscribers. If you do not cancel the service, the
system shall automatically renew the service for more 15/30
days. At the time of renewal, if the system fails to charge (for
prepaid subscribers) then the package shall be cancelled; in
order to continue using that package, you must send the request
again.
5.3. Form of payment:
Charge of MobiFone Info service shall be charged to main account
of prepaid subscribers or added to the monthly invoice of
postpaid subscribers. |
