Gifts from the heart is a service that enables you to give songs or poems together with your voice recording wishes to fixed or mobile numbers nationwide by dialing (04)80114444 and following the instruction of the system

II. Benefits when using the service

You can send to your relatives, friends or colleagues with lovely wishes, songs or poems at any time with low cost and simple actions.

II. Users and Conditions for using the service

• Gifts giving subjects: All postpaid and prepaid subscribers who are active in two ways of MobiFone network  
• Gifts receiving subjects: All fixed subscribers and GPhone of VNPT; mobile subscribers of MobiFone, VinaPhone and SFone.

• Time for capturing requirements on providing the service: 24/24 basis for every day in the year

4.2. Sending request for giving gifts

Implement following steps:

• Step 1: Dial 04.8011.4444
• Step 2: Enter the number that you want to send the gift, press # key
• Step 3: Select request
  • Option 1: Press 1 key - To send messages or wishes (not songs or poems, etc)
  • Option 2: Press 2 key - To send songs, poems (not messages or wishes)
  • Option 3: Press 3 key - To send messages, wishes, songs and poems, etc)
  • Option 4: Press 0 key - To get instructions of the telephonist.
• Step 4: Enter gift code, press # - for Options 2 or 3

Setting date and time for sending gifts: If you do not want to send the gift immediately, you can set the date and time for sending it as follows:

• Step 5: Enter the date to be sent, press #
• Step 6: Enter the time to be sent, press #
• Step 7: Listen to the gift again (as you like): Press 1
• Step 8: End the call

4.3.  Sending gifts

• After you successfully send the request for sending gift, the system shall send the gift to the receiving subscriber after 15 minutes from your end of the call or the system shall send the gift at the time requested by you.
• The system shall send the Gift to the receiving subscriber at least 15 minutes and at most 30 days since your call to the system for requiring ends.
• The time for sending gifts is from 6h to 23h every normal day and from 0h to 24h in festival days. New year (December 31 to January 1), Lunar New Year (December 28 to January 5, lunar calendar), Valentine (February 14), Women's day (March 8), Christmas (December 24 and 25).
• In case the receiving subscriber fails to receive your gift at the time you requested (because the phone is turned off, busy or locked, etc) then the system shall send the gift again every five minutes. After nine times of sending unsuccessfully, the gift shall be consideyellow a failure. After two hours, the system shall send an SMS to the receiving subscriber to notify the gift, and as this SMS is sent successfully, the system shall send the gift again. If the receiver has still not received the gift yet, then staff of VNPT Hanoi's 108 Center shall check and send the gift manually.

5.1. Charge tariff

Service charge includes: Charge for requesting and charge for sending the gift

5.2. Charging method

• Charge for request of sending gift: calls to switchboard 04 8011 4444 are charged by block: 1 minute + 1 minute.
• Charge for sending the gift is charged by calls right after the request for sending gift is successfully sent.
• The tariff is not different by hours in day and days in week.
