INTRODUCTION TO FASTMAIL SERVICE

FastMail is a service that enables sending and receipt of email in mobile phone in the form of “Push to Client”. With a phone, you can send and receive email easily and quickly. Now, email is always available in your pocket every time, everywhere.


SET EMAIL BOXES THROUGH QUA WEBSITE

Step 1: Access website: http://fastmail.mobifone.com.vn

Step 2: Log in using username and password granted. In which:

  • Username: is your phone number. Your number must be added 84 before it (international code of Vietnam). For example, your number is 090 4234567, then your username used to log in the system will be: 84904234567
  • Password: code sent to your phone by FastMail. If you forget your password, compose "MATKHAU" and send to 9240, new password will be sent to you. Or you can access this site: http://fastmail.mobifone.com.vn from your PC to do this.

Step 3: Select “Settings” -> “email accounts” -> “Add account”

Step 4: Select available email accounts provided by FastMail. Click "Continue" to continue.



Step 5: Declare information on email account, email address, username and complete the setting.


After filling all necessary information, click "Submit" to confirm..
If your email is not included in available accounts. You can use the "automatic search" or "manual setting" to declare account information.


Situation 1: Automatic search.

Step 1: Select “POP (Automatic search)” or “IMAP (Automatic search)”. Click "Continue” to continue.



Step 2: Fill in necessary information. Click "Create" to continue.




Situation 2: Manual setting

Step 1: Select “POP/IMAP” (Manually). Click "Continue” to continue.

Step 2: Fill in necessary information. Click "Submit" to finish.


After logging in, you can use the same features of Fastmail service to those of other normal email services.

In order to synchronize data of contacts, select "Menu" > Click symbols under the line "Your contacts synchronization system". Fastmail suports data synchronization from Gmail; Yahoo!; Window Messenger; Outlook and Outlook Express.
