Introduction to Call Me Service

Call Me Service enables mobile subscribers of MobiFone to send SMS to another subscriber requiring it to call back to a domestic subscriber (intranet or internetwork).

Benefits of the service:

  • The service would bring benefits to customers of MobiFone: especially for customers who are pre-paid subscribers whose accounts have been used up or are not affordable for making a phone call or sending an SMS; or one-way locked subscribers.
  • It is suggested to make phone call or send SMS to pre-paid subscribers of MobiFone.


User guide:

Target customers

  • All pre-paid subscribers of MobiFone (active, one-way locked subscribers or other subscribers whose accounts have been used up, etc.)
  • The service is not available for post-paid subscribers.

How to use

  • Enter: *105*Number # then dial OK. Of which Number meas the number requested to call back.
  • Affer that, a message will be sent to the receiver with the content: "Ban nhan duoc mot de nghi goi lai tu so thue bao {your number}. Dich vu Call Me cua MobiFone!"

    Example:
    Subscriber A with a number: 0901234567, want to ask the number B: 0903456789 to call back, actions will be as follows:

    • Enter: *105*0903456789*#  then dial OK
    • After that, the following message will be sent to subscriber B (0903456789) with the following content: “Ban nhan duoc mot de nghi goi lai tu so thue bao {+84901234567}. Dich vu Call Me cua MobiFone!”

General regulations:
  • Request for calling back can only be sent to domestic mobile subscribers (intranet and internetwork).
  • Fee: Free
  • Each subscriber is allowed to send a maximum of 15 requesting message per week. (Each week is regulated to start from: 0 a.m on Monday to 12 p.m on Saturday).
