INTRODUCTION TO BIZMAIL SERVICE

Description:

  • Push Mail Service enables customers to receive, reply or compose messages from a mobile phone. When a new message is received, the system will send an informing email to customers' phone. This is a GPRS/EDGE-based service.
  • Bizmail package is intended for enterprise customers using PushMail service.
  • In order to use the service, subscribers should:
    • Be a two-way MobiFone subscriber that has successfully registered and configured GPRS service.
    • Use Nokia phone (details)
    • Use email accounts managed by MircoSoft Exchange Server of 2003 or 2007 versions. For example: email address: @vms.com.vn of VMS. The information will be provided by email account manager such as IT managers of companies.

  • • Description of cooperation program: Bizmail package is intended for enterprise customers using PushMail service. In order to encourage customers to use and contribute to brand of the service, VMS has cooperated with Nokia and Microsoft email-solution providers (represented by Enterprise Software Development and Training - eDT). Under this program, each party has their own preferential policies for customers.

Customers in m-business group (colleague connection package) are enabled to use business Bizmail package with detailed fee as follows:
  • Conditions: must be a member of m-business group.
  • Service solution fee: free
  • Service use fee:

  • Customers still enjoy 7% discount for 5-29 person group and 9% discount for the group of more than 30 persons as current regulation of m-business program.
  • During effective period of the package, if the number of persons in the group is not enough as required (terminated by customers), the package will be terminated in that period and this group will no longer enjoy the package in that period.

For customers not included in m-business group:
  • The service is available for both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers.
  • Service solution fee: free
  • Fee for accessing GPRS will be paid as per package that customers are using.

Promotion:
From now to the end of the 31st day of December 2009: Providing one month free subscription for customers registering the Bizmail service for the first time (just applicable for customers in m-business group)


Preferential policies for customers in the program:
In order to encourage customers to use and contribute to brand of the service, VMS has worked with Nokia and email Microsoft solution providers (represented by Enterprise Software Development and Training - eDT). Under this program, each party has their own preferential policies for customers:
  • Promotion for Bizmail package registration: Providing one month free subscription for customers registering the Bizmail service for the first time (just applicable for customers in m-business group)
  • Buying Nokia phone with 5% discount
  • Buying Licenses MicroSoft Exchange with 10% discount
  • Attending professional IT conferences held by Microsoft.

Registration, termination processes and preferential policies:

Registration and termination processes:
  • Customers in m-business group will register by signing a contract appendix on the use of Bizmail package.
  • All matters related to service registration and termination will be in accordance with regulations of m-business package.
Preferential policies:
  • Since decision is put into effect until 31st December 2009, customers will enjoy preferential policies as abovementioned.
  • In this time, companies that buy MicroSoft Server Exchange will enjoy a discount of 10%. Microsoft will also hold professional IT conferences
  • In order for customers to get a 5% discount when buying Nokia phone, the following conditions should be satisfied:
    • Phone is bought through distribution channel of FPT.
    • VMS signs service contract with customers (enterprises): Specifying the number of special GPRS packages and promotion content of the program.
    • FPT signs contract appendix with customers under number of packages of MobiFone, phone discount, direct sale group, technical assistance, places of selling.
    • FPT issues a number of equivalent coupons and give to the enterprise customers of MobiFone.
    • When contracts are put into effect, MobiFone shall inform employees of the enterprises of all preferential policies in the program.
    • If the employees want to buy phones, they should contact the FPT's sale team.
    • The employees should bring coupons equivalent to the number of phones they want to buy to selling locations of FPT. FPT will send its technicians to help the customers.


Instructions for setting and use
For email managers:
  • IT managers managing mail systems shall not have to perform any actions. Advanced settings will be supported by Microsoft directly or through professional conferences.
