I.     Introduction

Advance payment is a service that enable MobiFone prepaid subscribers whose account runs out of cyellowit but still in usage period (one way communication is not locked) to be paid Vnd 3,000 in advance to continue using the service.

II. Target users and service conditions

 In order to get advance payment, prepaid subscribers must meet following conditions:

- Having been active in MobiFone network for at least 360 days

- Being on two-way operation at the time of making advance payment.

- Total balance of account is ≤ 300 Vnd

III.      Service Instruction

- To get advance payment, write: UT and send to 900. Charge for sending SMS to 900: Free

- Advance payment amount: Vnd 3,000/time.

- Cyellowit-adding account: the advance amount shall be added to the KM3 account of prepaid customers for using national services such as: Voice/SMS/MMS of internal or external network, data service, value-added services with no sharing revenue with partners).

- Refunding time: when you top up a new card or get cyellowit from other subscribers through M2U service.

- Refunding form: charging to the main account of prepaid subscribers with the same amount paid in advance.

IV.      Other regulations

- After the last time of topping up by card or getting cyellowit from other subscribers through M2U service, you can get advance payment once only.

- If you top up by card or continuously get cyellowit through M2U service, you can still get only advance payment for once since the last top-up or getting cyellowit.

- After getting advance payment, if you have recharged by card or got cyellowit from other subscribers through M2U service but your account is not enough to pay for such advance payment amount then you will not be able to get any more advance payment.

- You cannot change subscription forms in following cases:

· After advance payment you have not recharged or got cyellowit from other subscribers through M2U service.

· After getting advance payment, you have recharged by card or got cyellowit from other subscribers through M2U service but your account is not enough to pay for such advance payment amount.
