I. Service Introduction

• Service definitions:

  Receive Call, Send and Receive SMS is a service that help MobiFone's prepaid subscribers keep contact (receive calls, send/receive SMS) by their own prepaid numbers when they are abroad.

• Service name: MTS

Customers can Receive Call, Send and Receive SMS by their own prepaid mobile phone number when they are abroad in over 80 Countries/Regions (Click here for details)

Prepaid subscribers using two-way service of MobiFone network.

IV. Instructions

4.1. Registration

• Via USSD: Dial *090#OK, enter respective number and follow the instructions or dial *090*5*11*13*1#OK.

• Via Website: Access address www.mobifone.com.vn, select Value-added services/International Roaming/MRS service and select Register/Cancel service.

• Via SMS: Compose DK CVQT and send to 999

Note: Customers must register MTS service when they are still in Vietnam.

4.2. Services available when being abroad

For registering MTS service successfully, when being abroad customers can use following services:

• Receive incoming calls (Video Call is disabled)
• Send/Receive SMS
• USSD. For example: Check account (Dial *101#OK), Top up (Dial*100*Code of scratch card#OK)

4.3. Top-up methods

• Via USSD: Dial *100*Code on scratch card#OK

• Toping up by receiving credit via M2U, MobiEz services or via payment method of Smartlink.

Note: Customers cannot recharge by calling to 900 as when they are in Vietnam.

4.4. Service cancellation

• Via USSD: Dial *090#OK, enter respective number and follow the instructions or dial *090*5*11*13*2#OK.

• Via Website: Access address www.mobifone.com.vn, select Value-added services/International Roaming/MTS service, and select Register/Cancel service

• Via SMS: compose HUY CVQT and send to 999

V. Rate

5.1. Tariff

Note *: MTS service fee can be changed depending on exchange rate of Vietcombank. The date of applying new price (if changed) is from 0h00 of the first day every month.

5.2. Charging method

• Speech fee: 1 minute + 1 minute; calls that are less than 1 minute shall be calculated as 1 minute; the extra part the last call time less than 1 minute shall be rounded as 1 minute.

• Message fee: SMS fee is charged as per SMS. Standard length of a SMS is 160 characters. If the SMS has over 160 characters then it shall be separated into many standard SMS for charging.

5.3. Principle for calculating fee

• MTS service charge is subtracted to Main account of prepaid subscribers.
