I.    Introduction to LiveInfo  

2010 World Cup Result Forecast with LiveInfo is a program on forecasting results of matches and the champion of 2010 World Cup by clicking invitation for forecast news of LiveInfo or sending SMS to 6404. Taking part in the program, customers will have chances to receive valuable prizes from MobiFone with a special prize of a tablet Ipad 16GB.

1. Target users and conditions for use:
   All pre-paid and post-paid subscribers of MobiFone who are using LiveInfo service .

2. How to participate:

1. Ways of participate:
   First way:

   • Forecasting results of matches by selecting given answers in news broadcast by LiveInfo service.

   • Fee for each forecast SMS: VND 4,000/SMS (including VAT).

   Second way:

   • Send an SMS as regulated and send to 6404.

2. Rules:

   • Requirements for participation: Customers must have at least VND 4,000 in their main accounts.

   • Regular subscribers: Forecast (SMS) must be in accordance with the given structure and sent to the system of MobiFone successfully by the 75th minute of the match

   • Each subscriber can send many messages in a match. Exclusively for the champion forecast, only the last forecast is accepted.

   • If participants forecast the match result exactly in the official 90-minute period they will score 10 marks, otherwise, 0 mark will be scored. For the champion forecast, only the last forecast on the final match is accepted.

      Based on 2010 WC held from 11th June 2010 to the morning of 12th July 2010 with 64 matches, the program "2010 WC Results Forecast with LiveInfo" has been developed with prizes for 3 rounds as follows:

4. How to define prizes:
   1. Prizes by round and the eventual first prize
      • Prizes by round:
        • Prizes are presented to customers who have the highest marks accumulated by round. If there are many subscribers with equal marks, subscriber who has more prediction will receive the prize. If there are many subscribers with equal marks and prediction frequency, subscriber who has more accurate prediction rate/total prediction times will receive the prize.

      • The eventual first prize:
        • belongs to the customer who has the highest mark accumulated in the whole program. If there are many subscribers with equal marks, subscriber who has more prediction will receive the prize. If there are many subscribers with equal marks and prediction frequency, subscriber who has more accurate prediction rate/total prediction times will receive the prize.

   2. Special prize
      • For the customer who has the highest prediction times and predicts the right champion. If there are many subscribers having equal prediction times and predicting the right champion, the subscriber who sends the message earliest will receive the prize.

5. Procedures, rules on receiving prizes and regulations on prizes   
   1. Announcing the list of winners:
      • The list will be posted on LiveInfo channel and company's website: www.mobifone.com.vn

      • The list of the first-prize winner by round will be updated and sent to all participants of the program no latter than 03 working days after the final match of that round ends via SMS.

   2. Conditions on receiving prizes:
      • Prizes presented to only subscribers who register information with Mobile Information Company. In the event subscribers cannot receive prizes, they can prepare papers of authorization confirmed by authorities for others to receive on behalf of them. 

      • Procedures for receiving prizes:
        • Subscribers must produce ID/Passport which has the same full name, date of birth, ID number as the registered information in the system of Mobile Information Company. As for post-paid subscribers, addition to above documents, it is necessary to produce contracts on supplying and using mobile services or cycle fee notices of the prize winners.

        • Note: ID shall not exceed 15 years from the date of issue/Passport shall be still valid at least 3 months or other papers shall be enclosed with images and confirmed by local authorities.

      • Subscribers shall be activated 
   3. Prices are not transferred into cash
   4. Place of receiving prizes:
      Value added service center will directly present prizes to winners. In case subscribers are far from the center, the center will contact and present at its branches.

   5. Time of presenting prizes:
      Winners contact and follow procedures until 16h00, 30 July 2010. When winners cannot contact or in case they can contact but cannot come to receive prizes by this date, their prizes are revoked. The steering committee reserves the rights to use them for other purposes.

6. Other regulations:
   1. Participants take part in the game voluntarily. Prices of the game are made public via MobiFone's communication channel. In addition, participants shall commit to play the game honestly. If they are found cheating, their results will be cancelled.

   2. MobiFone reserves the rights to cancel accounts or suspend subscribers of violation. Final decisions belong to the steering committee.

   3. Promotion rates are applied only in 1 month/cycle. If customers do not use up, the remaining promotion rate will become invalid or transfer to the following month/cycle. If customers overuse the given promotion rate, the augment rate will be charged by the current fee rates of the Company.

   4. Subscribers can transfer the form of using the service (apply by the current policy of the Company) and remain the value of prizes.

   5. Subscribers shall bear the cost of accommodation, transportation for receiving their awards, unusual income tax or other expenses (if have) according to the current regulations of Vietnam law. Value added service center is only liable to present prizes to winners in accordance with the company's regulations.

   6. After 30 July 2010: As to prizes which no one is eligible for receiving, the value added service center will present the Mobile Information Company to directly extract 50% of the prize's value to the state budget in accordance with Article 96, Clause 4 of Commercial Law.

   7. All staff of the Mobile Information Company, advertising companies and other units relating to this program is not allowed to participate in the game.

   8. If winners agree, the Mobile Information Company will use their names and pictures for the purpose of commercial advertising without paying any additional expenses. 

   9. In case the disputes in relation to this program, the value added service center will present the Mobile Information Company to directly deal with; if the agreements are not made, the disputes will be settled in accordance with the current regulations of Vietnam Law.

II.    TIME AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

1. Time of application: From 00h, 10 June 2010 to 12 July 2010.
