The
international roaming service helps keep MobiFone customers in touch in anywhere
in the world. In the tendency of globalization, the service has been widely in
use by more than 135 GSM operators such as Europe, Asia,
Africa
and Latin American. With aims to expand the scale of mobile telecommunications
among nations and helps MobiFone customers who are out of the territory, VMS
entered into agreements on international roaming services with several operators
in the world which supports post paid customers make outgoing and incoming calls
in VMS’s partner countries without any changes of SIM Card and mobile phone.

Customers are kindly requested to have the service registered
at VMS’s shops;

Customers will sign in the Deposit Proposal and the Agreement
on Credit;

If customers will no longer to use service, please get it
terminated. A month later, any payments on due are fully paid, VMS will refund
all deposits to customers and/or the amount can be deducted in following monthly
bills;

Deposit rate: upon the credit which customer expects to use
out of the territory. Minimally VND 5 million.
Who must deposit? Individual subscription.

In the world, nations have different technical standards of
technology, normally they are:
o
Europe: use GSM 900/1800 bandwidth;
o
America and Canada: use GSM 850/1900 bandwidth;
o
Japan and Korea: use Wide CDMA (3G).

Customers are kindly requested to bring along the aforesaid
technical standard mobile phones ( new model mobile phones support technology).
Select service
in guest country:
-
In case your mobile phone is defaulted the auto network
searching: Simply turn your mobile phone on, it will automatically select
the proper operator. Normally, it is displayed on mobile phone screen;

In case your mobile phone is NOT defaulted the auto
network searching: Select main menu for manual searching: Select Setting,
select Searching network, and select Manual. As operator
is found, customers will select the VMS’s partner.
Communicated:
Helps you keep in touch with your colleagues and relatives by your own
MobiFone subscription numbers when you are out of the territory.
Easy to use
and comfortable:
You can use your MobiFone subscription
number when you are abroad so inconveniences like SIM card change and/or mobile
phone rental is avoidable.
Easy to pay
bill: Incremental charges
will be displayed in monthly bills (in Vietnamese dong). You do not pay bill(s)
in foreign countries.
