1.      For Prepaid Subscibers:

1.1        For newly activated Prepaid Subscribers (MobiCard, Mobi4U, MobiQ):

a.      Additional 138 validity days for MobiCard newly activated subscribers.

b.      Those who change from MobiCard to MobiQ/Mobi4U or in contrary will be offered as follows:

-          Condition: change within day, no charge so far.

-          New Mobi4U, MobiQ subscribers but no charge changing to use MobiCard will be offered rewards and additonal 138 validity days.

-          New Mobi4U, MobiCard subscriber but no charge  changing to use MobiQ ( or new MobiQ, MobiCard subscriber but no charge changing to use Mobi4U) will be offered rewards and NO additional 138 validity days.

c.       The above new customers continue to recharge the 2^nd, 3^rd , 4^th time, before one-way communication barred and before August 31^st 2008: will be offered additional 100% card value ( MobiCard, MobiQ, Mobi4U subscriber); and validity day doubled (MobiCard subscriber).

d.      Notice: New subscribers who join this promotion will not be eligible for 8xxx, 996, 997, 998 services. If customers want to use those services they have to register and will not be offered promotion program.

1.2        For prepaid subscribers recharging account:

         Prepaid subscribers recharging account will be offered as follows:

-          Apply to the first card during promotion period.

-          For MobiCard subscriber: validity day doubled for all cards and reacharging times.

1.3        Notice:

-          Customers in this program will be eligible for "Homezone Promotion" and "Incoming calls get Bonus" program.

-          Apart from the above programs, if customers are participants of other promotion programs they will get rewards in money of program offering the biggest rewards.

-          In case reacharging prepaid customers get swapping promtion but no charge: remain rewards.

1.4        Participants:

-          Newly activated MobiCard, Mobi4U customers defaulted VND300.000 or VND200.000 or VND100.000 or VND50.000  in balance.

-          Newly activated MobiQ customers defaulted VND50.000  in balance.

-          Current prepaid customers recharge.    

2.      For Postpaid subscribers:

a.      New subscribers get:

-          Free activation fee

-          Rewards when paying bills including:

+        VND600.000 local calls and VAS payment (VAT included) when paying charge of six following months.

+        Reward value of each paying time is VND100.000 maximum (VAT included).

b.      Prepaid Subscribers swap to Postpaid one:

Prepaid Subscribers using MobiCard, Mobi4U, MobiPlay continously from 120 days and over; MobiQ from 180 days and over (from the nearest usage day) who swap to use Postpaid get:

-          Free swap fee

-          Rewards when paying bills including:

+        VND600.000 local calls and VAS payment (VAT included) when paying charge of six following months.

+        Reward value of each paying time is VND100.000 maximum (VAT included).

c.       Postpaid customers churned from other operators to MobiFone get:

-          Free activation fee

-          Rewards when paying bills including:

+        VND750.000 local calls and VAS payment (VAT included) when paying charge of six following months

+        Reward value of each payment is VND125.000 maximum (VAT included)

d.      Postpaid subscribers whose incoming and outgoing calls barred before December 25^th 2007 restoring during promotion period get:

-          VND300.000 local calls and VAS payment (VAT included) when paying charge of three following months

-          Reward value of each payment is VND100.000 maximum (VAT included)

e.       Other conditions:

-          New subscribers in this program will be eligible for "MobiFone connects merry families" and "MobiFone accompanies enterprises" program.

-          Dedicated work subscribers will not be eligible to join this promotion

3.      "Scratch and get luck" Program:

3.1.     Conditions:

a.      New prepaid customers and Postpaid customers after finishing contract procudures:

-          New prepaid customer (MobiCard, MobiQ, Mobi4U, MobiPlay and MobiGold)  during promotion period will get a coupon attached with Tet Promotion Kit

-          When customers scratch, see the back of coupon for luck information.

-          In case customers activated with Tet Promotion Kit swap to other MobiFone services will be eligible for rewards if win the prize.

b.      Current customers (MobiCard, MobiQ, Mobi4U and MobiPlay):

-          Will be eligible for Promotion when recharge with Tet promotion cards

-          There are 2 scratch areas on the back of Tet Promotion recharge card: one for recharge digits, the other for promotion.

-          Promotion code is valid only when reacharge digits in the same scratch card is used to add in balance.

-          In case a subscriber add cards in balance N times, he/she will be eligible for Pormotion program N times.

c.      Current MobiGold customers:

-          Postpaid customers get luck: each customer can get only one prize of "Scratch and get luck" program.

-          They will get coupon attached with Billing Split in December 2007

-          Notice:

+        Each subscriber gets only one coupon

+        Only subscribers who pay December 2007 Bill on time can get rewards
