I.  Introduction

Funring- is a service that helps MobiFone subscribers select the most interesting music sections or favorite sound effects to replace the normal on-hold song. Your friends and relatives shall receive funny music sections or sound effects instead of listening to the boring "tut, tut" sounds.

III. Service manual

3.1. Channels providing the service

You can use the Funring service via one of the following channels:

·         Send SMS to 9224

·         Actions on mobile phone

·         Make calls to 9224 - The IVR system

·         Access website http://funring.vn 

·         Access wapsite http://m.funring.vn

3.2. Main features of the service:

·         Download/Buy FunRing: When having registered FunRing service, you can Download/Buy on-hold songs and save to your On-hold music library.

·         Copy FunRing: You can copy on-hold music of other FunRing subscribers as your on-hold song.

·         Give FunRing: You can give on-hold music for other MobiFone subscribers.

·         Set on-hold music FunRing: You can set on-hold music by default, randomly, set unique on-hold music for different phone numbers, set on-hold music by time ...

·         Search FunRing: You can search and listen to the trial music for free.

·         Renew on-hold music: You can turn on/off the renewal function for on-hold music in your personal library.

3.3. Service registration

You can register the service by one of the following methods:

The system shall automatically send notice on successful registration and provide you a 6-character password to login website and access the IVR system of the FunRing-On-hold music service.
After registering FunRing service, you will be given a default on-hold music (free of charge). You can enrich your on-hold music library by downloading/buying more on-hold songs.

3.4. The functions of FunRing system

The FunRing service provides different interesting functions such as: search, select, copy, download, giving, set, renew on-hold music, etc. Main functions are provided via following specific channels:

You can write SMS to 9224 to use service functions as follows:

3.4.3. Dial 9224 and follow the instruction of the IVR

·         Listen to on-hold song (by list, by code, by ranking table, etc.)

·         Download (download) on-hold songs

·         Give on-hold songs

·         Register/Cancel/Suspend/Reactivate the service

3.4.4. Access website mobifonemedia.com.vn or www.funring.vn

·         Login account:

FunRing account password will be sent after you register the service.
Note: After registering FunRing, you can login account with password of FunRing service or of MobiFone Portal (www.mobifone.com.vn).

·         Register FunRing service

To register the FunRing service, you implement as follows:

Step 1: Access website Funring www.funring.vn, input phone number to MobiFone Number box and press Register.

The system shall send a SMS from 9224 to inform confirmation code of FunRing registration

Step 2: Input confirmation code (case insensitive) to the form Confirm registration of Funring and press Register.

The system will register the service for you and charge the subscription fee for Funring service

·         View the list, search on-hold songs

·         View the list/Delete on-hold songs downloaded:

In My FunRing – Downloaded songs.

Copy FunRing songs

To copy on-hold songs of other subscribers, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login website http://funring.vn

Step 2: Input the phone number you want to copy to the box Copy FunRing songs and press Copy

The system shall display on-hold songs in the list of default songs of the selected phone number.

Step 3: Select a song and click Copy. The system will download the song to your on-hold music library and charge the song fee.

·         Group management: create different groups, add phone numbers to the group: In section My Funring  – Group management. Each group has maximum 10 phone numbers.

·         Select one or more on-hold songs as default songs: In section FunRing Settings - Basic settings.

·         Setting the function of renewing the song

Access FunRing homepage http://www.funring.vn, login to the system with FunRing or MobiFone Portal account.

- Select My FunRing/FunRing Settings/Basic Settings:

o   Press On to set automatic renewal

o   Press Off to set non-automatic renewal

·         Set day, hour, name of on-hold songs to be played when a subscriber or a group of subscribers call to:

  Select FunRing settings - Advanced settings.

 Change password, Suspend the service, Deactivate the service

Select Account.

3.4.5. Access wapsite http://m.funring.vn

After accessing address http://m.funring.vn, you can use service functions, namely as follows:

Funring registration:

- Step 1: From phone, access http://m.funring.vn

-  Step 2: Click here to register

- Step 3: Select OK to confirm registration

Buy on-hold music:

-  Step 1: Search favorite songs (for example: Chuyen tinh nha tho).

- Step 2: Select Buy

-  Step 3: Select OK to confirm

Auto login to FunRing: 

When accessing wapsite http://m.funring.vn successfully, the system shall automatically identify and display your phone number. If you have successfully registered FunRing service, the system shall login automatically; you can download songs and manage your My FunRing immediately without having to login.

Function Listen to song: When you choose to listen to a song, the system will play it.

Setting the function of renewing the song:

- Access wapsite FunRing http://m.funring.vn  

- Select My FunRing/FunRing Settings/Basic Settings:

o   Press On to set automatic renewal

o   Press Off to set non-automatic renewal

Copy songs:

Access wapsite http://m.funring.vn and follow steps as with copying on-hold songs via website http://funring.vn

Other functions:

System WAP FunRing has all other functions provided on Website FunRing (www.funring.vn and mobifonemedia.com.vn), including:

- Browse songs by:
o   Selective list
o   Songs purchased the most
o   Newest songs
o   Music type

- Search songs: By name, singer name, song code, price.

- Listen, give, view detail information of the song.

- Manage service (My FunRing)

     o   My FunRing: Songs downloaded, manage the group

     o   FunRing Settings Basic settings, Advanced settings

     o   Manage account: Change password, Suspend the service, Deactivate the service.

3.5. Cancel the service
You can cancel the service by one of the following methods:

After you cancel the service, the system shall send SMS to confirm the complete cancellation.

IV. Tariff

4.2. Charging principle

·      Fee-charging account

-   For postpaid subscribers: monthly subscription fee, fee for downloading (buying)/copying/giving/renewing on-hold songs will be written to the monthly bill.

-   For prepaid subscribers: Monthly subscription fee, fee for downloading (buying)/copying/giving/renewing on-hold songs will be charged to the main account.

·      Charge newly-registered subscribers: by cycle:
9,000 Vnd/30 days/time. Within the billing cycle, if you cancel the service then register again, the system will charge as with newly-registered subscribers. Conditions for registering service successfully:

- Postpaid subscribers: operating with two directions

- Prepaid subscribers: operating with two directions and at least 9,000 Vnd remains in main account.

·      Charging fee when subscribers renew service

- For postpaid subscribers: fee for renewal of on-hold songs will be written to monthly bill.

-   For prepaid subscribers: One day before the end of fee cycle, the system will charge 9,000 Vnd/30 days. If the first time of charging is not successful, the system will charge again for five times in every 5 days and charge one time/1 cycle (9,000 Vnd/time/30 days).

+  If fee is charged successfully: the service is renewed and you can continue using the service.

+ If fee subtraction is not successful: you can continue using the service and be exempted for subscription fee of the current cycle. In the subsequent cycle, the system will charge in accordance with regulations.

- After charging successfully or unsuccessfully, the service will not be canceled and the charging cycle keeps unchanged.

- When you suspend the service, the system will still charge subscription fee in accordance with regulation.

V. Other regulations

• Default on-hold song: when registering the service successfully, you have 01 on-hold song by default (free), this song is NOT save to your personal library. The system will play the default on-hold song in case there is no other ones in your album.
• Duration for using on-hold songs which have been downloaded/copied/given/renewed is 90 days.
• Renew on-hold songs:

- The system will allow you to select the function of renewing on-hold songs automatically or not via 9224 switchboard or wapsite http://m.funring.vn or website http://www.funring.vn. On-hold songs when downloading/giving/copying/renewing will be renewed automatically by default.

- For on-hold songs with the function of automatically renewing is off, three day prior to the expired date, the system will send a notice about the expired date and invite you to renew them:

+ If you choose to renew on-hold songs, the system shall charge and renew them for 90 days more.

+ If you choose not to renew, the system will delete on-hold songs from your My Ringtune. If you want to continue using that on-hold song, you must download it again.

- For on-hold songs that you choose to renew automatically, the system will charge automatically and renew them for 90 days more after the usage period is expired and send you a notice about that.

- If fee for renewal is charged successfully, you will continue using the on-hold song. If fee is not charged successfully, the system shall send you a notice and delete on-hold songs from your My Ringtune. To continue using that song, you must download it again.

• Setting on-hold song: Within 60 days since the service is locked, the system saves all songs and settings being used. After the mentioned period, the system will delete data of the subscriber. To continue using the service, you must register again.
